I was lucky enough to be one of the many who entered in to this amazing family when I was about eleven years old. I had not long started secoundary school and got friendly with a girl called debbie. one day we met up it must of been a sunday and we were walking round the estate, we bumped into this girl with a broken leg that went to the same primary school as debbie, her name was MANDY I use capitals on purpose because she is importient and inpacted my life imeadiately. debbie did'nt mater anymore from that day. We hit it off and meet up as often as possible. My own family was nice I grew up with just my mum and my great grandma in her house which was fine I was Happy untill of course I meet Mick and June I did'nt know you could have parents like that I was hooked and still am thirty years later I am truly honoured to know all of them Sharyn MANDY and lil Lisa I call them my sisters. June I have adopted whether she likes it or not as my mum as I looked at Mick as my Dad. I have in the past caused them grief when I got into trouble and also got MANDY into trouble to but they never turned thier back on me and treated me as one of thier own and still do. Mick was the life and soul of everything and still is even thou we cant see him. The problem with this of course you just cant get to gripps with the fact that you cant see him so time really cant heal anything. I still cry rediculiously I am so sorry for the pain his girls live with every day every hour every minute. You are sooo loved and missed, things arent quite the same the laughs and smiles are not quite as bright but I know I speak for all - our hearts have truly loved and been loved.
